Our Annual Horse Racing Event is here!  What’s better than having a fun filled Wednesday evening with fellow alumni at the Happy Valley Racecourse?  We will be hosting this year’s gathering at the Owners’ Private Box, where alumni will have access to the paddock for an up-close encounter with the race horses and jockeys.  Join in!

 

 

When: Wednesday, 28th November 2018

 

Schedule:

6:30 p.m.

Private Box opens and buffet starts

7:15 p.m.

First race starts

11:00 p.m.

End of all races

 

Where: Private Room 3, Box E711, 7/F Members Stand I, Happy Valley Racecourse.  Look for Entrance E (see attached Location Map and Route Map)

 

Maximum Capacity: 24

 

Price: $575 per person, includes a 4 course semi-buffet and Admission Badges

Admission Badges: Badges will be distributed at the entrance on the day of the event in accordance to RSVP registered names.

 

Dress code (from HKJC): Shirts, sport shirts with collars, or turtle necks.  Zhong Shan suit, Cheong Sam and Min Ou (cotton jacket) are also acceptable.  Ladies are requested to wear a comparable standard of dress.  Blue denim jeans, T-shirts, tracksuits, singlets, shorts, overalls, shoes for sports activities and flip-flops are not accepted in all of the Jockey Club boxes.

 

Notes on buffet:

·      Semi-Buffet includes a shared appetizer & dessert buff, 1 choice of Main Course.

·      All beverages will be charged on consumption basis

·      Main course choices usually consist of a vegetarian pasta, a pork chop, a fish fillet, chicken or duck, or steak (extra charge); final menu subject to change
